Taste of Karatsu; Sea and Mountains

Karatsu provides the ideal natural setting for a variety of seasonal tastes gathered from the ocean and mountains. We serve our dishes on individual trays in the traditional manner using famed fresh squid from Yobuko and Karatsu and tender Saga beef renowned for its luxurious taste.
